Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers to enhance daily operations in tooling, programming, and process routing. Guide the team in executing Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects aimed at optimizing production processes. Monitor production performance to meet efficiency targets and maximize the utilization of resources. Engage in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for non-conforming jobs and collaboratively resolve issues. Explore and implement new manufacturing techniques, tooling, and technologies to advance organizational capabilities lead Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives for equipment purchases. Participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives, including hazard identification and risk assessments.
