Process Excellence Lead - Healthcare
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite / week)
Shift Schedule : Night Shift
Role Requirements
- At least 2nd years in college completed, no back subject.
- Required: At least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (LSSGB)
- At least 5 yearsof related work experience in process excellence/improvement
- Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (Manufacturing, Engineering, and etc.)
Responsibilities
- Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
- Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification and mitigation.
- Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling crtical items with Quality and other aspects.
