Job Description
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this front-line position is to build and lead a Rebate team, assisting the Rebate Manager in the processes determined and by assigning right task; ensure team is fully motivated by providing timely guidance; assist Rebate Manager in retention, attrition, and replacement without disruption to the service levels.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team (3-5 Members) to ensure workload is adequacy covered on a daily basis.
• Monitoring and reporting the anomalies of operations to the Rebate Manager by scrutinizing the operational reports and GL’s and assist to regulate the service level agreements.
• Guide a team by assigning the right task to right skills, develop staff and ensure the team is fully motivated, provide coaching and guidance to ensure peak performance
