Job Description
Efficient and effective management, organization, motivation and training of employees and supervision of the work in the Customer Reporting Team.
Ensure that all processes / services within scope are performed with the highest possible (data) quality, correctness, efficiency and within the agreed timeframe.
Further, it is her / his responsibility to develop the awareness and encourage optimization, automation and efficient thinking in the employees performing the assigned tasks.
