Your role in this journey
- Manage a high‑performing sales and account management team for Eastern Andalucía.
- Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners and building long‑term relationships.
- Train and coach the sales and account management team, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives in order to reach your area targets.
- Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets.
- Manage and optimise our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
