Summary
Lead frontline delivery across signalling and telecoms operations while developing high-performing teams and ensuring the safe, compliant maintenance of critical rail infrastructure. You will play a key role in driving operational performance, strengthening safety culture, and delivering reliable railway services.
Location and setup
Full-time role based across a couple of working sites. Shift-based working including days, nights, weekends and on-call, with travel between locations as required.

Lead end-to-end delivery of inspection, faulting, maintenance and renewal activities across signalling and telecoms assets
