Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 + AWS + VB
Responsibilities- Oversee the team in their daily routine IT/Security related works.
- Support team in diagnostic of hardware/software related issues such as servers, network switches, firewalls.
- Attend to customer calls if required based on support contracts for hardware & OS issues for servers, workstations and others.
- Project implementation including installation and configuration of hardware and software.
- Perform upgrades or apply bug fixes of pre-installed SAN storage & data protection products.
- Client management and technical support such as problem identification & resolution.
- Provide onsite hardware support (break‑fix) to customers’ servers.
- Monitor ticket queues for cases logged by server/application owners relating to servers.
