Job Purpose
Connect with the customer and consultant, conduct needs analysis and propose solutions and benefits. Demonstrate solid knowledge of our products, their characteristics, and the market, and focus on growing the brand. Ensure consultants meet targets, review performance, and coach them to achieve required sales and operational results.
