Responsibilities Review upcoming events and help coordinate crew and equipment needs with your team. Direct event technicians in preparing and executing live and virtual events. Organize and review show information and materials in advance of event. Collaborate on event production to continually enhance overall quality of services offered. Build positive working relationships with the Centre’s event management and support staff and clients alike. Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for event management and operational functions. Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant. Oversee the audit of all equipment before and after events. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
