Job Responsibilities
- To grow the Bancatakaful business and fee-based income for AFFIN bank.
- Drives personal Advisory Takaful production and formulate action plans to achieve team’s production target.
- Provides training/briefing on products, identify training needed for staff and perform other service functions (i.e. carry out joint sales visits, enhance team member’s knowledge and coaching).
- Ensures team embrace high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by Affin and STMKB.
- Actively participate and coordinate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities.
