At Little Wonders Blenheim, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Team Leader role for our Manaaki (Tuakana) room. This role is across 5 days, with our centre operating between 8am–4pm, giving you that sought-after work-life balance—more time for whānau, after-school activities, or simply enjoying the beautiful Blenheim lifestyle.
Whether you're an experienced leader or stepping into your first leadership opportunity, you’ll be supported by a strong, experienced leadership team who will awhi you as you guide and inspire your own team, foster meaningful relationships with tamariki and whānau, and lead curriculum and teaching practice within your room.
