About the Role:
As the Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for the installation,repair, replacement of underground distribution assets up to 33kV. You’lloversee daily field operations, ensure compliance with safety and qualitystandards, and support effective job planning and delivery.
This role combines hands‑on technical involvement with strong team leadership,problem-solving, and coordination across multiple internal and externalstakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Technical & Operational Delivery
- Install, replace, repair underground distribution assets (up to 33kV)
- Review job requirements including materials, plant and labour
- Develop work plans and methodologies to deliver work safely and efficiently
- Participate in an after‑hours Standby roster
- Complete all field documentation accurately and on time
