We are looking for a civil aviation component repair supervisor to manage all production aspects, ensuring security, quality, cost and delivery requirements are met while fostering continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead a team of 30‑40 employees.
- Deliver products/services to customers on time, within budget and quality expectations.
- Ensure compliance with the Company Health, Safety and Environment policy.
- Understand technical and legislative elements related to the area of responsibility.
- Use standard tools, KPIs and processes (Quality Management System, Rolls‑Royce Production System, etc.) to achieve goals.
- Create and maintain accurate work‑center, capacity and queue‑time data in the ERP system.
