Team Leader – Concierge

Responsibilities: In this role, you will assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division. You will attend to the immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay, providing concierge services and thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
Qualifications
- Progressive career in Concierge in a 5‑star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Reception or a guest service type of role.
- Well‑groomed, friendly, and with a warm personality.
