About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead and support the Care Partner team, promoting compassionate, personalised care.
- Work with support and direction from the Registered Nurse on duty.
- Conduct daily team huddles to clarify priorities and expectations.
- Foster teamwork and accountability, and reinforce company values.
- Hands-On Care Delivery
Provide personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living to residents.
