Qualifications & Certifications
- Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
- Relevant Tertiary IT Qualification
- Microsoft MCSA 2016 or equivalent certification
- ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or higher)
- Valid Driver's Licence and Own Reliable Transport
Experience Required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting datacentre and infrastructure environments
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010 or later
- Extensive experience supporting Active Directory environments
- Extensive experience supporting Hyper-V virtualisation platforms
- Extensive experience supporting multi-vendor hardware platforms
- Strong understanding of server infrastructure and enterprise environments
- Proven experience in incident, problem, and escalation management
- Previous leadership or team management experience advantageous
