is looking for a Team Lead: End User Computing (EUC) to join our growing Managed Services team.
This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in End User Computing, infrastructure support, and service delivery leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing EUC operations, driving service excellence, managing escalations, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes, and leading a team of technical support engineers to deliver exceptional customer service.
The Team Lead will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, maintaining service levels, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple environments.Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
Relevant Tertiary IT Qualification
Microsoft MCSA 2016 or equivalent certification
