We are looking for a Team Leader for a permanent position in home-based services in Oulu.
What does the Team Leader's jobinvolve?In your role as Team Leader, you will organize the activities of your team of nurses and act as a professional expert in nursing care. You will work both at the client's home providing nursing care and in the office a few days a week performing administrative tasks (planning tasks). Thereisan average of two office shifts per week, some of which can be done remotely according to our hybrid model. You will be a close working partner with the team supervisor in leading the team. You will receive comprehensive training in all systems and areasrequiredfor your work.
