What you will enjoy doing You will manage a Order to Cash team for the French market In addition, you will ensure the processes are in place, are followed and up to date You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles complaints and address to the right department You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partner, business units, customers and other departments Furthermore, you will follow team results, KPIs and make sure that they are sustainable You will have monthly escalation meetings You have University Degree or minimum Secondary High School complete In addition you can speak native or C2 level of French and English B1 SAP and office knowledge rounds up your profile You have experience managing teams Additionally, you are a good and persuavive communicator
