About the Role…
As a Team Leader with BUSY At Work, you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting a passionate team who help Australian Apprentices navigate challenges and achieve success. You’ll be the go-to person for advice, problem-solving, and quality assurance, ensuring mentoring activities are delivered with accuracy, care, and impact.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance team supervision, performance oversight, and continuous improvement, while fostering a positive and collaborative culture. Working closely with the Mentoring Manager, you’ll help shape strategies, build team capability, and ensure services meet contractual benchmarks—all while making a real difference in people’s lives.
