As Team Leader – RPA & Citizen Development, you lead a cross-functional team consisting of two roles: 'AI & Citizen Development Community Enablers' and 'RPA Developers'. You are accountable for both sides of our transformation: the technical delivery of automation and AI solutions, and the community, enablement, and change that make adoption stick. You set direction, remove blockers, and grow your people — while keeping delivery scalable, governed, and aligned with the business.
