Job Description

Essential Functions

To support the Secondary Operations Supervisor in supervising team members to ensure that production targets are met in a safe and compliant manner. 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision Assign tasks and monitor performance Train new employees and support skill development Effectively manage any conduct or performance issues with the support of the Supervisor and/or Departmental Manager. 
  • Production Management Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved working with ATD & TOCMonitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed Appropriately escalate any machine breakdowns or production issuesOperate machinery as required 
  • Quality Ensure quality procedures are understood and being adhered toWork with quality teams to address defects or improvements
