About The Role


Location: Earlswood, Redhill, Surrey

  • The hourly rate for Monday - Tuesday is £13.05, and £19.57 per hour Saturday and Sunday
  • Working 36.75 hours per week
  • There is also the potential to earn a monthly recycling bonus of up to £480.00
  • Shit pattern: Monday - Friday
  • You will be expected to work Bank Holidays, where you will receive double pay and a day in lieu for each Bank Holiday worked


    • What will I be doing?

    This will involve:

  • Maintaining shift logs and providing daily feedback on performance to teams.
  • Carry out toolbox talks for safe systems and safety alerts.
  • Assist supervisors with weekly audits, action plans and oversee corrective actions.
  • Assist supervisors with employee inductions, briefings and training.
  • Assist supervisors with the day to day performance management of employees.
