Team Leader – Timetabling
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Timetabling to lead the delivery, development, and optimisation of timetabling services across MIT | Unitec. This is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring high-quality scheduling that enhances the student journey while maximising space utilisation.
Reporting to the Operations Manager - Timetabling, you will lead a high-performing timetabling team responsible for delivering efficient, effective, and student-focused scheduling services.
Responsibilities
- Drive the continuous improvement of timetabling systems, processes, and reporting
- Lead the delivery of key operational and administrative functions
- Collaborate with academic and operational stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes
