Landmarc Support Services is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team, overseeing key operations on the Defence Training Estate. This role is integral to maintaining the estate’s functionality and safety, ensuring military personnel can train effectively.
As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of Training Area Operatives, with a specific focus on leading the Range Towers Team. These towers play a critical role in live firing exercises, overseeing the safety and operation of range targetry systems while providing a workspace for both Landmarc staff and visiting troops.
We are looking for an individual with experience working on the Defence Training Estate or leading a high‑performing team in a rural or operational environment.
Shifts run between: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:30. One night firing a week with the possibility of weekend firing. Rota will be discussed on interview.
