作为一名生产班长，主要工作除了负责完成班组PQVC各项目标外，还应该主动配合工程师跟踪发现问题的改善，并能对关键问题，能够主动协调支持部门，不断完善解决产线问题的能力；另外还有主管分配的其他工作。
**职位职责**
1、班长作为运营领导团队的成员帮助形成团队文化，在工厂政策，程序和实践方面为员工提供直接领导并为以后的团队和经营结果承担责任。
2、为营运部门达到远景和战略计划提供团队支持。对经营计划的绩效，为营运部门的管理提供输入和支持。
3、确保在你的团队内有有效的技能基础，维护组员培训的记录；自主完成对工作有益的其他培训。
4、有需要时填补其他团队成员的工作（最小实现能胜任所在区域的所有操作）。
5、建立任务的优先级，确保符合于已建立的标准，政策和与质量，成本削减，安全，物料...
