What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will
Manage a team of Personal Advisors.Demonstrate experience as a Team Manager within Children in Care (CIC) or Care Leavers services, with a preference for long-term assignments over multiple short-term contracts.Support children transitioning to independence, applying creative approaches to pathway planning and facilitating referrals to Adult Social Services or other relevant services for children with physical or learning difficulties.Apply strong best practice knowledge at Team Manager level, maintaining a focused and motivated approach to delivering quality care and leadership to young ...
