£51,540 - £62,451 per annum, Permanent, Full Time (36 hours), Wandsworth, London, Ofsted Rating: Outstanding, Hybrid Working: Office based 50% of the time.
Future First is the Leaving Care Service for Wandsworth Children’s Social Care, supporting over 440 young people aged 16-25 who are in the care of Wandsworth Borough Council. As part of a dedicated, vibrant and enthusiastic team of 36 professionals, your role will be to provide leadership and management to your team, inspiring them to help young people build stable and successful independent lives.
About the role
You will manage 5 Personal Advisors and be linked to an area of specialism within the service (Parenting Support, Mental Health, UASC specialisms across the teams).
