Team Manager

Salary: PHP 50,000 – PHP 60,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any relevant field
• Proven People Management experience handling at least 7 or more team members
• Background in Insurance or Risk Management industry is required
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage team performance, operations, and escalations effectively
• Willing to work on shifting schedules supporting North America operations
