Roles and Responsibilities

Connect with stakeholders like sales ,operations ,collections , legal etc for accurate & timelyresolutionof customer complaints
Review and approve resolutions for customer complaints submitted by stakeholders & functionsProcure the required system & people access to resolve customer complaints in time bound mannerReview & send final responses to team lead for reviewSet up and drive Framework to reduce customer complaints and resolution TATby governance& monitoringEnd to End monitoring ,tracking & resolution of customer grievancesatPublish daily ,weekly , monthly dashboardsto team leads & stakeholdersConnect with Internal Omnusbun on regular basis to take feedback & improve processes to avoid customer complaints
