This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting one or more trading desks and offers real scope to shape how things are done as the function continues to grow.
The Role
- Support onboarding of new joiners onto the trading desk, coordinating inductions and day‑one logistics
- Manage desk moves and trading floor space planning, using strong emotional intelligence to understand team dynamics
