Job Description
- Provide first/second line support for Teamcenter Rich Client (RAC) and Active Workspace (AWC): login issues, search, revisioning, workflows, dataset operations, and FMS cache troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain core services: Teamcenter server, FMS, Dispatcher, Indexing, Volume servers, and SSO configurations.
- Manage preferences, access controls, groups/roles, organization structures, projects, lifecycle objects, and release statuses.
- Perform health checks, log reviews, cache purges, and refiling after CAD upgrades.
- Strategize and execute Teamcenter Backups
- Clone Prod TC server to Test and Development environment
- Handle controlled imports/exports using PLMXML/TCXML and Bulk Loader; ensure data quality and compliance with naming/numbering rules.
- Support CAD integrations (CREO): troubleshoot save/open, BOM sync, JT translation, and version conflicts.
