Your mission
- Lead the Mech & Aero team by setting priorities, assigning tasks, and reviewing/signing off deliverables.
- Ensure team efficiency through mentoring, training, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and develop team capacities and skills to meet project objectives.
- Scout and evaluate new technologies to drive future design solutions.
- Establish lean processes, methods, and tools (incl. CAD & PLM) for efficient engineering work.
- Define the mechanical architecture and optimal product structure.
- Ensure design compliance with all requirements and compile related documentation.
- Support Mechanical Engineering in daily operations
Your profile
- Master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- 10+ years in a similar or senior position, ideally in aerospace or drones, with proven success in delivering results
