Role Overview

This is a customer-facing, delivery-focused technical role responsible for designing, migrating, administering, and optimizing Microsoft Teams collaboration and communications solutions. The CSA partners with enterprise customers to modernize collaboration platforms, enable Teams Phone, deploy Teams Apps and Agents, and drive secure, scalable, and well-governed Microsoft Teams environments. The role combines deep Teams architecture expertise, migration advisory, and operational excellence aligned to business productivity outcomes.
