This role will ensure that all large technology decisions — cloud platforms, AI solutions, enterprise systems, licenses, and vendor partnerships — are evaluated, negotiated and implemented with clear economic value creation and long‑term scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Technology Investment Strategy
- Evaluate major technology initiatives (AI platforms, cloud providers, core systems, LMS, enterprise software)
- Collaborate with technical architects to translate technology proposals into clear business and financial impact.
- Advise EXCO on build vs buy vs partner decisions
- Create structured decision frameworks for large IT investments
- Financial Modelling & Value Realization
- Build and maintain detailed financial models with support of Commercial Finance:
- TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
- CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis)
