Tech HR Operations Lead – Singapore

Maltem Asia-Pacific is seeking a hands-on HR Operations Executive to manage the full HR function for our Singapore office. The role involves managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, payroll, compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 7 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law, and excellent communication skills. This is an individual contributor role in a fast-paced Tech Consultancy environment.
