Job Description

Buscamos Tech Lead /GEN AI, Python y AWS) para formar parte de la plantilla de Plexus y participar en emocionantes y atractivos proyectos.


Requisitos:


  • Python avanzado (>7 años).
  • Diseño RAG completo: chunking/embeddings, retrieval, reranking, prompt engineering y evaluación de agentes.
  • Desarrollo de agentes con Strands Agents (Python + FastAPI), empaquetados en Docker.
  • Amazon Bedrock en producción: Agents nativo (incl. multi-agente), Knowledge Bases y Converse API.
  • Diseño de arquitecturas AWS serverless: Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, Cognito, CloudFront, AWS Batch, OpenSearch y entornos multi-cuenta.


Deseable

  • AgentCore, MCP y patrón A2A.
  • LLMOps/MLOps (langfuse, mlflow) y evaluación/trazabilidad de LLMs.
  • Integración de datos: SQL Server/D2, SharePoint (MS Graph), Dremio; OCR (PyMuPDF/Tesseract)...
