  • 8+ Years of experience In EDI areas

  • Monitor daily integration processes across EDI protocols, and related ports, ensuring timely error resolution, JSON

  • Collaborate with internal teams and the EDI managed services partner to analyze and resolve integration issues using monitoring tools. Internal teams include IT&SAP specialists, sales admin & customer service, shipping, finance, purchasing and production planning teams.

  • Provide support across application-to-application and business-to-business integration technologies.

  • Manage relationships with trading partner EDI coordinators to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
