Position: Tech Service Engineer (서울/인천 담당)
Provide quality, professional responses to meet customer needs and satisfaction.Solid problem-solving processes. Communicate with customer on a daily basis Assure that all parts necessary for successful service repair are available.Control spare parts inventory levels in trunk inventory. Test repaired instrument in all operating modes and assure that repaired instrument operates at Alcon`s specifications. Install retrofits and instruct customers of resultant benefits and changes Diagnose operating problem with malfunctioning equipment.Consult management on chronic or unusual problems. Submit neatly completed paperwork in a timely manner.
