Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates
- Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities
