Job Description
The Role:
Serve as the technical bridge between R&D and full-scale commercial manufacturing for a leading Biopharma site.
Key Responsibilities:- Scale-Up: Lead the seamless transfer of process technology to large-scale production.
- Shop Floor: Provide real-time technical troubleshooting during live GMP batches.
- Optimization: Analyze production data to identify trends and improve yield.
- Monitoring: Spearhead engineering runs and process monitoring dashboards.
- Degree in Biochemical/Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology.
- Strong knowledge of Upstream (Cell Culture) or Downstream (Purification) .
- Direct experience with Tech Transfer in a GMP facility.
