AWS Technical Account Manager is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers. The role involves crafting strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS, providing advocacy and technical guidance, and ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade‑offs, and risk management.
- Consult with partners from developers to C‑suite executives.
