- Proven experience managing logistics for large teams, preferably in industrial or project-based environments
- Strong organizational skills to manage timesheets and prepare detailed reports
- Basic technical aptitude or willingness to learn technical documentation and commissioning support
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Previous experience in oil and gas or large-scale industrial projects is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Logistics Management: Oversee mobilization and demobilization of personnel, including OEMs and visitors.
- Timesheet Management: Handle timesheets for 20-25 field service engineers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
