Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Administrator for one of our global shipping clients. The candidate will be responsible to ensure seamless operational support for the company's fleet management activities through meticulous administrative oversight and proactive coordination. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years experience, with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and compile weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and quarterly reports for various stakeholders and projects as assigned.
- Ensure timely distribution and accuracy of owner reports and performance monitoring reports related to hull propeller assessments, underwater inspections, certificate management, vessel monitoring, and visit status.
