About the job

  • P Maersk Ghana is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Agent in Tema. The position holder will have to ensures optimal management of all the logistical resources made available to him/her in view of the execution of all operations within the contractual deadlines in the most efficiency manner and under the prescribed security conditions by APM Terminal.

    • Also, He/She will have to be the main coordinator of the physical operations execution of the fleet department and documentation preparation for billing.


    Key responsibilities:

  • Receive the planning of operations and equipment available.

  • Coordinate with CX/Depot/OCL to get files.

  • Organize and assign drivers to different operations.

  • Monitor and communicate constantly & regularly with drivers to ensure the smooth running of operations.

  • Handle all challenges and avoid any waste of time in the execution.
