Job Description
Technical Analyst, Treasury Global Market
- Perform investigation, diagnose and resolve the application problem. Optimizing the system maximum speed and scalability based on hardware and system design. Perform impact assessment of user requirements to assess technical feasibility, and impacts to cash management’s platform, jointly derive an acceptable solution together with stakeholder and architects. Perform System Support on applications and Perform Preventive Maintenance. Uses established tracking system to log requests; monitors progress, tracks problem resolution, identifies patterns of failure, researches bug fixes and implements solutions; communicates with manager regarding unresolved problems Works with various team infra/vendors/overseas unit to resolve application issues and researches possible solutions. Work with various party on new request from users including analyse the requirement, estimate timeline, testing and migration.
