Job Description
The Technical Application/Baker Specialist supports the daily operations of the Technical Center Department, reporting directly to the Technical Center Head. This role bridges technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration, focusing on:
Core Responsibilities
- Recipe Development & Testing : Create, test, and catalogue recipes for Bakersfield products; support R&D and Sales with application testing.
- Client Engagement : Conduct baking demos at bakeries and trade events; assist Marketing in seminars and workshops.
- Sales Enablement : Train sales staff on baking techniques and product applications; support dealer sampling and ideation.
- Event Support : Manage logistics and technical needs for trade fairs, demos, and marketing activities.
