To provide support to the Fleet Manager and Superintendents to enable them to ensure all company vessels under their control are maintained in a safe and seaworthy condition in accordance with the requirements/instructions issued by the client, the Company’s senior management, flag state administrations and classification societies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Fleet Managers and Superintendents in monitoring vessels under their control to ensure all statutory requirements concerning safety, procedures, plant and machinery are complied with and ensuring appropriate records are maintained Assist in the monitoring of planned maintenance systems Assist in the monitoring and inspection of logbooks, abstracts and periodic returns Assist in preparation of appropriate reporting to the Fleet Managers, Fleet Directors, Ship Management Director and client as appropriate...
