Technical Assistant
Location - Northampton
Pay - £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Hours - 40–45 hours per week + overtime available
A well-established food manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on Technical Assistant to join its growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with food manufacturing or quality experience who enjoys being on the factory floor and working closely with production teams to maintain high food safety and quality standards.
This is not a desk-based role - the successful candidate will play a key part in day-to-day factory operations, ensuring compliance, hygiene, GMP, and product quality standards are consistently achieved.

Supporting food safety, quality, and compliance systems across the site
