Purpose of Role
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Complete thermal and EMC tests and document the results
- Assist with the design and development of products by building and testing prototypes
- Testing, fault finding and value engineering of lighting products and components
- Provide support and assistance to the Quality, Product Design, Production Assembly, Sales and Engineering teams
Role Tasks
- Complete thermal and EMC test data diligently and document the results in report format
- Assist and support the Customer Service with technical enquires
- Build prototype luminaires to aid Engineering and Product Design Teams
